what is the best eye makeup remover that so i can remover mascara

it works GREAT

Vaseline or any type of lotion works, but personally I've tried that and thought it was really gross so I don't use that.
Instead, I use Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser. I put a bunch around my eye and on my makeup, then I use a wash cloth and dab it off and then gently rinse away the residue. Works like a charm!
