i dont have any makeup remover at the moment so is there a way i can take of this waterproof mascara with something else.
i tried soap and water but it burns and doesnt get all of it off

You should just go buy a waterproof makeup remover or ask for a sample in ulta or sephora. Trying out different things may damage your vision.

vaseline & baby oil!!! trust me! it works better than liquid remover. put in on tissue paper, cotton balls, or even on tp if you need to. hope this helps!
