I wear a lot of mascara and I haven't been able to find one that actually washes it off. I don't use waterproof mascara so it doesn't really make sense.

Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover! not pricey.

Ive had the same problem. I finally purchased Lancome Bi-Facils. Its around $15 I think. Its not super cheap but I swear by this product. It gets rid of every trace of eye makeup, even the darkest of the darkest. All you need is a couple of good swipes and no more makeup!!! Its good because its a mix of oil and water for sensitive eyes. I tried all the cheapies but sometimes you have to spend to get the best result.

for taking off eye make-up baby wipes work great!!! (i keep one box in the baby's room for his butt and another box in the bathroom to use for my eye make-up after i clean my face)
