MAC has the best makeup remover wipes they can clean off all types of makeup and leave your face feeling hella clean with a dewy kinda glow and they are affordable or try SEPHORA they sell a cheap remover that works too i've even used babyoil and a cotton ball to remove mascara when i was younger it works

buy some eye makeup remover

put some petrollium jell on your eyelid then wipe it away w/ tissue...oil or other make up remover will do.....
