make your skin smooth? I was thinking about buying the neutrogena wave because I have a couple pimples on my forehead and does this product take away pimples or just make your skin smooth and not oily and remove makeup.....if you have this product please tell me if its good or not. thanks for your help.no mean comments!!!!!

It is really good but it isnt good for REALLY big zits just the small ones
