Default how do i get waterproof eyeliner off without makeup remover? i tried washing it with
soap, and using lotion... i tried using lotion it didnt work, i cant buy makeup remover, is there any easy way to take it off?

use baby oil, then wash your face so there isn't any residue. hope my tip helps!
