I figure if it is safe enough for the eyes..it must be gentle enough to use on the whole face?..am I right?

I do that all the time ...only problem is usually eye make up remover comes in small bottle so dont last very long.

I see no reason you can't use it on your whole face. I have used my Maybelline eye makeup remover on my eyebrows to remove the penciled in parts and I sometimes just use the cotton ball on my whole face, too. It'd never done me any harm...and I have very sensitive skin.

SInce it is designed for the eyes it may cause acne on the rest of the face. If you are not prone to acne it should be fine.
