Default Make up remover made area round eyes dry ><?

About a month or two ago I used a Rimmel eye make up remover and it made the skin around my eye really dry and flaky. I stopped using and tried applying Vaseline but it still gets dry after I wash it. I don't use harsh cleansers because I have sensitive skin and I'm not sure what to do about the dry skin.

,Sometimes the name brands like rimmel are not always the best for certain peoples skins. You need to go to a pharmacist or beauty consultant/ technician ( some can be found behind some cosmetic counters in upper market stores) and get some ideas about what would be best for your skin. For now use some moisturizing eye cream or aqueous cream as Vaseline is not really a moisturizer it is more of a sealer to keep moisture in or in the case of babies bottoms, out . Best of luck

Use a lightweight moisterizer two or three times. Apply the moisterizer once then wait 5minutes and apply another coat of moisterizer. And don't use too harsh of a toner or astrengent, it dries out your skin.
