I thought it was loose powder not foundation.

I just purchased it a month ago, and I love it! It is soooo easy to find the perfect shade. You can honestly, not go wrong. I have super oily, acne-prone skin, and it didn't make me break out! Even when I accidentally slept with it on my face once. It's not very waterproof however. I mean, it will last on the water rides at the theme parks, but it won't last if you're planning on swimming laps at the pool.

any foundation with minerals is great. minerals are good for your skin. ive never used covergirl trueblend, but i just started using loreal mineral foundation and its really good. the coverage is so much better than a liquid and it doesnt make my face break out. honestly its just like that bare minerals stuff only half the price and you dont have to wait for it in the mail. its fairly easy to find the something that will match your skin tone with minerals, and being that its trublend it should match even better.
