Default What's the step-by-step in applying make up? Primer first then the liquid...

...foundation then what? I mean the final touch up to make the skin radiant...Thanks

This is what I usually do - not sure if a make-up artist would say it was correct but it is a shot lol!!!

I wash my face (I use the Clinique 3 step thing)
toner
moisturize
wait a few minutes
concealer and primer etc
base/foundation
powder
cheeks
eyelids
brows and finally
lips
