Default What is the best brand of foundation and powders that isn't terribly expensive.?

Even if it is found online. I just am wondering what everyones opinon is, I have very very fair skin and am making a change from Cover Girl and Maybeline.

There's L'oreal True Match, which has an awesome selection of colours that are high quality.
If those are too yellow for you, try going to a department store, because they have a bigger selection.
MAC, NARS, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder and Clinique might have something in your shade.
There's also Lancome and Shiseido.
