how do i apply liquid foundation (with concealer) and wat is it meant to look like? (post pics if possible)

also,does it matter wat skin type u have,as long as the foundation is closest shade?

juz thort i'd add:
i have my nose pierced on both sides,a lip ring and bull ring. i will have to take them out to apply the foundation rite? then put em bak in after.
