Default What are the best drugstore and grocery store makeup including mascara,
foundation, concealer, and powder? My skin breaks out sometimes.

as for foundation, i use full n soft by maybelline. i dont use drugstore foundation or powder, i've had a hard time finding the right shade so i purchase those items at the makeup counter in the mall.

i think the stores with the best mascara,foundation ect. is
-cvs
-walgreens
-target
-publix

Physician's formula for foundation, concealer, and powder. Wet N' Wild is just fine for mascara if you blot the brush.
