i use miss sporty liquid foundation but i'm not quite sure how to apply it.
I also have powder.

What I do wich keeps it blend in and has great results is
1.put a small dot on each cheek
2.the same on your forehead and chin
3. then you work your way down rubbing it all in like lotion in circuler motions!

What you need is a good make-up brush. I went to macy's and bought a brush from Este Lauder. It is the most amazing brush ever! It actually spreads your make up evenly through out your face and doesn't rub off into a sponge.

You start with a squirt of the liquid foundation on the top of your hand. Then use your brush and dap a bit onto the brush. Then spread the make-up under your eyes first and then the forhead and nose and then blend everywhere else that is needed.

The best way to apply liquid base is with a brush. Yes I know that sounds wierd but they make brushes for it. it gives you a smother and more even tone once you figure out how to apply it correctly.

It depends on the look your going for. I personally love the airbrush look which is why I stipple it on with MACs 187 brush. It is perfect for light application. I also love the 190 brush.
