I need a good powder foundation with sunscreen???

I have been looking for a compact powder that has an spf of some sort- does anyone have any recomindations? i have come across shiseido and neutrogena powders with spf-has anyone tried these? i am pretty fair skinned and i have dry combonation skin-- any suggestions? and of course, the cheaper the better but only if its still good makeup. id rather pay 30 bucks for something that is really good rather than 10 for some crap that cakes on my face!
