So if you have acne prone skin you don't want a liquid. It will clog your pores and make you break out more. I know. I also work at Benefit (which is sort of why I advocate them but only in some areas of makeup) However, because you asked...

I like Stile Natural Finish because it's a medium coverage that you can build and it's oil-free.

Also try DiorSkin Air Flash foundation. I used it for prom when I got my makeup done there. Have them apply it for you to see if you like it. May not be good for acne skin though, but definitely good for dry skin!

I LOVE Clinique Superbalanced Makeup foundation.

I have scars and redness, but this stuff hides it all without clogging my pores and feeling heavy. A little goes a long way, so for $20.00, it lasts you for over 3 months.

I add a dab of moisterizer to make it leave my face softer, even though it already makes it softer.

I also have weird discoloration, but this makes evens out my skin tone too!

PLUS - It's oil free, and dries smooth and silky. If you need more, just add more. Still though, little goes a long way.

At $20.00, why not give it a try?

Sorry, but I go to Ulta... I use Coverblend by Exuviance/Neostrata... I swear it's the next best thing to Dermablend (that makeup people use to cover scars). It covers up dark undereye circles & acne scars, I know. Really, I just use one layer of that, just over what I want to conceal, then cover my whole face with Bare Minerals powder foundations. People always tell me how much better my skin looks since I've been using them both!!!

The Coverblend seems kinda expensive at $18 for a small tube, but I've been using it for 6 months and it's not even half gone yet. The only problem is now that I've been out in the sun a bit, I have to get the next darker one.
