I have very oily skin and I can't seem to find a powder and liquid foundation(?) that will give me great cover, is long lasting, and will not make my skin more oily than it already is. I don't want to spend more than $15 or so though either.

Right now I'm using Neutogena's Healthy Skin Glow Sheers, which I love because its OIL FREE makes my skin look and feel healthy, plus it has an SPF of 30, the only bad thing is, its sheer, so I don't get as much cover as I'd like. I'm also using Neautrogena's Skin Clearing OIL-FREE Compact Foundation but my skin still gets oily

I would use a foundation power instead of a liquid. But most definitely go to a near by Kohl's and in the makeup section they sell a product called good skin. Either the blue or the pink one is the kind for oily skin, it works wonders and it's not expensive. It's all actually by Estee Lauder so it's high quality products and there's all different kinds of makeup and foundations just for oily skin.

My recommend is to try Maybelline Foundation Perfect Finish...it's not expensive, I think around $12 for 30ml.
And it's also Oil Free.
