When i have this problem during the winter, i apply a blob of colour to the top of my hand then mix in some moisturiser. It considerably lightens it and u can keep adding more colour and mix it around to your own specifications. Also get your daily moisturiser on at the same time BONUS.
If you wanted you could try apply a bit of talcum power on a big brush and loosly applied after your foundation, reduces shine ect too

you could try mixing it with a moisturiser. or perhaps using a tinted moisturiser. putting a loose powder over the top of foundation may help too.

Try Cover Girl, the ivory shade foundation and powder. The powder will automatically lighten and blend the foundation in. I have very light skin also and it works for me. Walmart usually has this shade all the time. Sometimes I can find the powder and the foundation together in a pack on sale there or at the Dollar General store. I wouldn't use baby powder because the smell may be too strong to handle.

I glow in the dark because my skin is so white. I find it difficult to find foundation thats light enough. I add a bit of moisturiser. Mix it thoroughly with small amount of foundation the use it. Does two jobs at once. Thanks big sis for teaching me this!
