Default Can someone recommend a really good summer foundation (NOT powder, please)?

So... I've been using minerals (powder) for about a year now and would like to try a traditional makeup again. Any good recs -- for both foundation and concealer? I have a very oily & acne prone area on my face (chin), large-ish pores, and sensitive skin in general. This area is, of course, also quite red, a strong contrast to the rest of my skin, which is extremely fair. I'm looking for something that will provide medium-to-full coverage, while holding up in the heat, looking natural, and *not* break me out. Also, I always have trouble finding shades light enough for my skintone (I'm about an NC15 in MAC, but MAC breaks me out), so the line would have to have a good variety of very fair shades.
Is there such a magical potion out there? =)
Thanks, people! (Oh, and if you feel like mentioning the pros & cons according to you, that'd be great too! =D)
