Help! I have extremely oily skin. Can't find a good foundation, powders or

sunblock. Please help.? My skin is extremely oily. I've tried Proactive cleansers and they do not work for me. I'm still oily. Right now I'm using Superfit Oil Free Clinique foundation and the Clinque matte powders. I'm oily within an hour!!! Now its summer and I need sunblock. I'm afraid my face will be a huge oil slick! Please give any suggestions. I'm not sure what to try at this point.
