Default Loose powdered eye shadows?

How easy are these to apply and do they give a good colour like powder ones?

They will provide good color as long as you buy a good quality eyeshadow, which are usually higher in pigment. Also, make sure to apply foundation to your eyelids before applying the eyeshadow so that it has something to hold onto. Try Dior, Chanel, Laura Mercier and MAC.

I find powdered ones rubbish personally, they never seem to last at all even the expensive ones. Get some bourjois eye shadow, its quite expensive but the colours are really bright and stay on all day/night.

I can't use them. Maybe I'm just crap at applying them but they go every where and I get dusty eye lashes. Shame coz they are soooo prettty.

It's really hard to control because it goes everywhere. And it's hard to control the density because it goes on very thin. I also dislike the dark or blue hued ones because it makes me look like I have a black eye.

They are a little tricky! They give better color actually
I use MAC pigments, I just tip the jar over (with the lid on) then use what's 'left over' in the lid. I use a fluffy eyeshadow brush because you don't want TOO much color and you can always add more. You just gotta practice a little and figure out what works for you. But the pigment is amazing!

Yes, use a soft brush to put them on, but be carful to clean up the small flecks under your eye. If you don't you will look like a racoon on acid.

Seriously they ahe over 65 shades online - barrym.com or go into superdrug! They are £4.50 a pot and lasts MONTHS!

The colour effect is vibrant and long lasting! People always comment on it when i wear it!
