Since you have fair skin, it depends on how much you want the eyeshadow to stand out. I would suggest using MAC eyeshadow. The color is called Beauty Marked. It looks purple on the site, but when you apply it on in person, it's a dark blackish color with a deepened red and purple glimmer.
