...on my eye lids.? i live in arizona and i dont know what happens but i apply my eye shadow but then like 4 hours later right at the crease its GONE! it almost seems like i sweat there or something. is there anything i could first apply on my lids so this doesnt happen....oh i do put a small amount of foundation on my lids kinda like a primer. HELP!

It's going to do that, especially in a hot climate. There's only so much mere paint can do!! They say that powder eyeshadow lasts longest, but I think the liquid paints (once they dry well) are actually the longest-lasting.

Experiment to find out which works best for you. Understand that your skin is always going to sweat and produce oil as long as you're alive, and there's nothing you can do about it! If they made a makeup that never, ever faded, it wouldn't be very good for your skin -- trust me on that.
