am sick of brown eyeshadows? and black eyeliner, want a change but not sure of what colours to go for, any suggestions please?

Purples and lavendar looks really good with green eyes. You can use a deep purple or brown eyeliner.

Copper, bronze and golds will all bring out the green of your eyes, as will 'pond green'. You can also try lilac (very trendy at the moment) and perhaps even peachy tones.

I bought an eye shaow pallete with about 40 different colors in it. Just at a local pharmacy. Try something like that and play around with it. How about purples. Have you ever tried that? Or blues. That might really make your eyes stand out.

try khaki it looks great with darker complexions and will make your green eyes stand out even more- try it with a dark green khol pencil!

Black MASCARA!! But brown eyeliner looks good sometinmes 2.... Try blue, lavender or pink eyeshadow next for a glam look. Add some candy floss coloured lipgloss and the look is finished! Oh, and if u want u can try 2 use blush, but more pink than red...

Try a dark Red or a light kakhi (don't know how to spell that correctly) LOL! And for the dark circles, There are few cures ank ask your Dermotologyst about them( verry expensive but they DO work)
