Default Manic panic - difference between lust dust, blush and eyeshadow?

I just had a look at Manic Panic's line and noticed they had something called lust dust. It appears to be some opalascent powder. Does anyone know how they compare to blush and eyeshadow, and can lust dust be used as an alternative to these?
