Dont use it.

cleanse your face.
apply eye cream over the lid (only a little bit) and under the eye.
wait till it's all soaked in and looking firm and fab.
apply a little bit of liquid foundation.
apply a light wave of powder base.
apply eye liner.
apply eye shadow.
apply a light wave of base.

ta - daaaa! it will be looking awesome all night long!

i think it helps if you put foundation on your eyelid first for a base

After putting on your eye shadow base/ primer, put on a layer of eye shadow stick on the area you would apply most colors on. This will like hold the eye shadow better, and you'll notice it as you are applying - for sure.

use an eyeshadow base like loreal decrease its like $5 at alsmost any drugstore.
