Default Can I substitute ground chalk for eyeshadow?

Just grind it up and add a bit of water for a cream eyeshadow?

No.

Talc in chalk could irritate the eyes. Also, why would you want to substitute chalk for eyeshadow? Cream shadows are very inexpensive and can be found at any local drugstore or grocery store.

Let's not cheap on the beauty products. You will regret it in the long run.

Yeah. If you want itchy, watery eyes, clogged pores and eye infections. Then go right ahead, but I wouldn't.
