My skin is fair I suppose (it's summer now so it might be a tad darker), I've got dark grey/blue eyes and medium blonde hair. I've bought one Revlon palette in #1Sundown, it's like a nude/orangey collection because it brings out the blue in my eyes but I want to wear something more bold and fun, especially that it's summer where I live. Something maybe bright and noticeable though I don't want to spend lots of money money buying lots of different colours any suggestions...??

get that Hip line by Maybeline if you want intense color on a budget or Urban decay shadows are awesome too!

try using an eye shadow that matches ur eye color or brings out eye color. im not sure about the color of eye shadow. that's the best i think

The best colour for blue eyes is of course.. there is no eyeshadow that exactly matches the colour of peoples blue eyes.......... so when women that have blue eyes wear blue eyeshadows it just intensify's the colour..

Also you could wear gold or bronzing tones.. they also bring out the blue in the eyes...

Look at Victoria's Secret Eyeshadows...they are at a reasonable price, about $7.00 I believe...try Too Too Pink or Blutopia. Their eyeshadows are long lasting and they are bold but cute!!! Look at Sephora's eyeshadow's too. Good luck on the search!!! (for really cheapy eyeshadows, go to Claire's or Icing..)

try using natrual colors like,pinks,purple,brown,tan,bronz,peach.white(some times) and golds.It looks real cute if you blend 2-3 colors together... bronz and peach,brown and pink,white and brown,pink and white, but make sure you are using natrual colors and light colors.Although the girl in this video has brown/back hair this looks great with light brown/black hair!
