Is ELITE EYESHADOW good eyeshadow?

Im looking for a really great eyeshadow. Mac is to expensive for me and on ebay(yes on ebay lol) I found a 78 ELITE EYESHADOW ARTIST PALLETE KIT. And its from ELITE PRO COSMETICS. But are they any good? They look like they have great colors.
