I think you look adorable just the way you are!
You've got great facial bone structure, so from my point of view i wouldn't want to spoil your natural beauty by going overboard with make-up.
If you really want to use it, I'd go for hypoallergenic cosmetics ( products made in such a way that reduce your chances of having allergic reaction; theirs a lot of junk you can react badly too in make-up ) and also colours that are more of an earthy, natural tone. That way your look with make-up will compliment your features.
I would avoid using eyeliner, because it often just makes peoples eyes look smaller, and eyeshadow rarely looks flattering unless it's used in moderation and is a good colour.
Something fun you might want to look into would be getting your make-up done professionally ( and I think for free ) at places like The Body Shop. They could give you good advice and you could take note of the products they use.
