I've heard people say they love it because it last all day. And I've heard people say they hate it because it's stcky and takes too long to dry. What do you think of it if you have used it?

I have it and use it sometimes.
It works very well when using Urban Decay eyeshadows especially. It doesn't take that long to dry (a minute maximum) and it's not sticky to me.

I recommend it.
