i have a bright face but its also taned at the same time i have a max of 15 freckles. and my hair is useally staight black with blonde under neath so what coulour would be good?

From the description you gave it seems like you have an olive skin tone? I'm no expert, but I think you should use choose from either gold, earthy colors or dark blues for eyeshadows. For lip glosses your should use light peachy type colors or something that is almost neutral, but still gives your lips some shine
