What is a good choice of eye shadows for fair skin??

nothing cuz ur probably UGLY so u cant put any cuz ur ugly AS is gonna lok the same ! ha

use a shade of shadow that is a little darker than your shin tone but don't go to dark with it.

Neutral colours always look good. Brighter colours only on special occasions or it will look too heavy.
