Everyone always says "purple" or "eggplant"...but i have yellowish/beige skin and the purples just dont look good. what are some good colors i should use, keeping my skintone in mind?

Colors for everyday?
Also, what really out there funky colors would look good?
oh and i have dark brown hair that shines reddish

everyday= gold

funky= green & gold
the green close to eyelashes
gold from edge of green to eyebrows!!

I'm a professional... and don't laugh here... I'm the one helping you. 1. Now with brown eyes you can have anything. You are lucky. I have brown eyes. The color of eyeshadow would be dependent on the color top you are wearing... Or jewelry.

Brown eyes look good in any color :-).

However, if your skin color is also a factor, I guess that makes a difference. Not being able to see your skin color is a little tough, but I wouldn't think it would matter. Are you applying too much eyeshadow? Any color applied too much isn't going to look right.

I would go to M.A.C, or something like that, and check out their makeup colors. Their employees are very knowledgable and should be able to help you out.

Ya gold or brown shades would look great! MAYBE some pinks too...u'll have 2 try it out
I think ur funky colors would be bright blue or purple..u actully have to experiment with the colors to see which looks best.

try a lite blue color not to dark also run a liner across top and bottom eyebrow not to dark also try lite gold and another thing put some compressed powder on face not to much it'll stop breakouts and blemishes been ther done it i

gold, tan, light blue , pale pink would look pretty good.

gold will look fabulas
