Default What's the best brand/type of durgstore eyeshadow to use?
I'm looking for something that comes in a rich black that I can smudge with my fingers as I apply but will stay put for over 12 hours.

I agree, wet n' wild has nice colors.

Max Factor also has great colors! They have a nice rich black that does last a looong time!
