brown dress, black hair, dark brown eyes, asian skin, what eye shadow?

I have a dull-ish dark brown dress, and i was wondering what other eye shadow colors beside brown would suit it, I have fair asian skin, typical oriental eyes, black hair and very dark brown eyes. When i use those brown, coppery colors, they just look wrong no matter how i use them. So are there any other colors i could use?

Add some variety other than brown to your palette! With your skin tone and eye colour, try jade greens or bright blues. They will add some pizazz to your outfit and make your brown eyes 'pop'!

Maybe greyish blue or orange.If not,use sumthing that have shades of pink

Try using a shade of purple. I think that brown is the best choice, but if you really hate it, purple goes with everything/everyone. Go to the mall and have a consultation (it's free) with one of the makeup people there. Take mental notes about the colors and application techniques they show you, then buy them at the drugstore (or right there at the counter if you don't mind shelling out some extra dough).
