I have blue eyes, fair skin, and light brown hair with blonde highlights. I need to know what shades will make my eyes stand out, my skin glow, and just look dazzling!!! Thanks

Almay makes eyeshadow palettes that are specially formulated to compliment different eye colors, and the one for blue eyes looks pretty nifty on the commercial.

I think everybody looks gorgeous in shimmery white or creme-colored shadow. I love to use off-white shimmery pencil on the inner corners of my eyes, and along the lower eyelash line. It gives me that perky and innocent look, and it's a nice alternative to dark liner.

Given that I'm not sure of exactly what you look like, I can't pick out your makeup for you. It's going to take some experimenting on your part. I've got fair skin too though, and when I'm choosing a lipstick I usually go for natural-looking shades of pink. Nothing bubblegumish. Just subtle color that looks like it might not even be makeup. I also choose red lipstick that's semi-pink, just so that my lips aren't so stark in contrast with the rest of my face that they enter the room before I do.

Just have fun trying on different colors and figure out what you like. Makeup trends are crazy nowadays, so if you like loud colors, that's what you'll gravitate towards. Likewise for natural or muted colors. You'll find your own balance once you start to experiment. Make sure you have lots of fun, and remember to trust your instincts. Not every trend works for every person, but when you think you look fabulous, it's because you do. :]
