pink and purple are the best colors for my eyes ^_^

Mix and match, but don't go overboard. If you have dark skin don't use bright neon colors, it'll stand out but make you look trashy.

the smokey eye look is really in right now and works on alot of people. I usually watch make-up tutorials online so maybe you could look up some how-to videos.

I really can't say for you, it's pretty much any color that you think looks good on yourself, and whatever one you feel most comfortable in.
