What is a good lipstick?

I love Urban Decay's Pleather Pencils, but seeing as they have been discontinued, I'm looking for another product that compares. My favorite color is Rubber. I'm looking for a lipstick that is around the same color and moisturizes and stays on your lips without smearing over every single thing.
