im dark not black, but i usually do lip gloss or natural so if you want you should do the same

pick the color closest to your natural lip, unless you are going out or somthing, dont have it clashing with your outfit just make everything workk =]

its hard to say with out looking at you... go to a make up counter and as for some help.. MAC is great... or just to a drug store with a friend or your mom and ask them what they think...
