Is there a brace or any ideas on how to get the lower lip to stick back in onstead of hanging out.

um....this question isn't about
make-up.
but i'll answer it anyways^^
my friend lips did the same thing, now she has
braces "i tink its da teeth"

Perhaps you have a prominent lower jaw.
You could try seeing the dentist and seeing if there's anything that can be fixed with braces or surgery.
If not, just accept it, and play up your other features!
