no, what you should try is doing something with that hair, like wearing it down and getting a decent cut. wear coverup, mascara, and eyeliner, and some pale shimmery LIPGLOSS. not lipstick.

it depends on the rest of your makeup, and what youre wearing that day. I find that sometimes a lipstick that is really close to my natural colour, but a bit more bright with a light sweep of lip gloss looks really good as well as natural. If you're going for lipstick, do NOT get one that is bright red, because it is really unflattering and you need to be an expert on makeup to balance it out. Lipgloss is probs safest bet.. good luck!!

It totally depends on what outfit you're wearing and most importantly, how you did your face and eye makeup. Whatever the case is, I'd still prefer lipgloss. Lipstick's not bad for a classic look.
