Would it freak people out if i wore dark red lipstick?

i am very pale, i have gold hair, and i wear dark eye makeup and my complexion looks very good with dark red lipstick. do you think i could pull it off or do you think it would be too dramatic?

too dramatic, but people like gwen and christina were able to pull it off so im sure you could too!
