Clinique has a great shade. It is called "a different grape". It looks great with tan skin.

wear pink! not to dark or light but rosy and try a berry pink. Since your sink complextion is tan, a medium shade of pink=flawless!

I would try a coral gloss...if it's tinted you might not need lipstick and skip the liner.

I would go with something pink or nude that's kind of close to your natural lip color. If you have a lot of focus on your eyes (smoky shadow), then you don't want to draw too much attention to your lips (depending on the look you're going for).
