I believe that you do not need lipstick in as much as a lip gloss over a neutral color, but if you want to add a little adventure on your lips, why not try a light brown pencil around the edges only. Your lips are small and this will give them the effect that they are larger.

Try a really nice purple or pink. It would look really nice on you.
