But if she is wearing lipstick, how much (if it does) does it bother you?

Definitly without. Lipstick feels weird; I just want her lips and nothing artificial.

Without -- the taste of cosmetics is mildlly unpleasant.
If she did wear lipstick -- it would be okay. I would by far rather kiss a girl with lipstick than not kiss her at all.
