i want it to look old hollywood retro but not like a tacky clown i have tan golden skin and light goldish brown hair how do i find a classic red that looks good w/ my skin (also how to apply it to stay all day)

you should use a lip liner in a close shade to the lipstick color so that the lipstick doesnt bleed.
