Default Lipstick and Lipgloss?

I have questions about lipstick/lipgloss, how do you put it on to look most pretty? Any methods that don't involve paying like, 50,000 dollars?

make sure ur lips r moisturized before u apply anything then u can line ur lips if u choose and apply lipstick then for a poutier look apply lipgloss to the center of ur bottom lip and rub ur lips together

For special events I put a light pink lipstick on then a clear gloss so it won't be so dry! If its just a casual night out I put maybe a pinkish or clear gloss on and go!

apply chap stick before you put on lipgloss or lipstick, this keeps the gloss or stick from drying or sticking to your lips.

I don't know if you wear foundation, but lightly powder your lips, use a lip liner, and then apply your lipstick. If you want to wear gloss over it, just apply a little bit in the center of your mouth to create a fuller look. If you apply the gloss all over, it will most likely bleed and look messy.
