i have really fair skin and i can never find a lipstick color that looks decent

on me...? is there like a website or something that matches your skin tone with different makeup colors?
does anyone know like specific shades & brands of lipstick that look good on someone with really pale skin? i have green eyes & pale skin which leaves me with what seems like not a lot of choices in makeup.
