Use Cetaphil to wash your face and for a facial moisturizer use a Non-comedogenic product. These products are less likely to cause blackheads or whiteheads.

Do a steam and apply a mask once a week to clean and tighten pores.

Keep your pillowcase clean, wash once or every other week. Sleeping on a dirty pillowcase can cause acne.

Hope this helps!
